What is a tree?

A tree is
• A member of plant kingdom – the biggest plant on earth is a tree. [Click for more info]
• A perennial plant - which means it lives more than one year. In fact the oldest tree on earth is over 5000 years old. [Click for more info]
• Woody - the tissues in a tree are strong and durable. [Click for more info]
